In my role with CGAP and Wi-Agri teams, I developed and executed research plans aligned with the project’s learning agendas, focusing on concept prototyping based on comprehensive literature reviews. I managed the kickoff workshop, oversaw diverse team dynamics, and ensured alignment and quality through effective task delegation and regular updates to clients. I led two pivotal in-person research phases in Côte d’Ivoire, involving 76 participants to conduct contextual inquiries and test concepts, overseeing synthesis sessions and addressing logistical and team challenges for successful data collection. I also optimized communication strategies to boost team cooperation and client relations, leading to a compelling final report that integrated insights and met client expectations. My leadership kept the project on schedule, achieving critical milestones and impactful results
