Hello Explorer,

I'm Aminata Dia Diatta

I was born and raised in Senegal and have since pursued higher education and professional careers across the world, including in the United States, France, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso and Morocco. This global journey has taught me that the threads connecting us are far greater than those that divide us. It’s a belief that guides my life and work.

With a background in human-centered design, political science and finance, I’ve explored roles as coach, facilitator, researcher and project manager. Through it all, my pursuit of belonging, understanding, and peace has shaped my career.

Having faced a wide range of challenges in my own personal life, from career transitions, physical pain and heartbreak, I’ve come to understand the gap many leaders feel between outward success and inner struggles. Even those who appear confident often wrestle with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and anxiety. I, too, have faced these challenges, deepening my understanding of the need to reconcile our inner and outer worlds.

This is why I became a certified professional integral coach to create a space for individuals, teams, and organizations to explore, reflect, and transform.

Coaching, to me, is about creating a sanctuary for reflection and growth, rooted in the lived experiences of those I serve. It’s about the connections we build, the stories we tell, and the relationships we nurture.

Whether navigating change, facilitating dialogue, or informing strategy, I center solutions that honor where you are and support your work.
